After some time of thinking about how to improve our media library in terms of scaling, speed, storage, and general optimization, we came to the conclusion that we should build our media library on top of S3. From now on, we give our customers the ability to choose between providers of Protokol and S3. Any library that supports AWS S3 SDK can be managed as a Protokol media library.
